Model Inspo- Cara Delevingne

 

 

Cara Delevingne has got to be one of the hottest models at the moment! And why wouldn't she be? She's amazing!! Not only is she beautiful but she is a total character and she's not afraid to show it. This fact alone takes her up 20 points in my book. You see so many photos of models backstage at show or even on the street and they always have their "model face" on but not Cara she pulls any and every face she can think of! It's very refreshing and a really nice change of pace to what we're use too.

DIY- Lana Del Rey Inspired Flower Headband

 

 

Happy Monday!!

Today I decided that I was going to make myself a flower headband. So I set off and bought my supplies and set to work. I've wanted to make my self one of these since seeing Lana Del Rey's music video for 'Born To Die' around a year and a half ago now. Del Rey is a true style icon for me, I just love her!

 

 

 
 
 

 

 

 

Oh and excuse my curls, I just finished ballet so they've just come straight out of a bun for these photos!

I'm loving everything leather at the moment. These leather skirts are awesome, they just look great!

 

Leather shorts are a must for every fashion loving girl!

I love this outfit! It's comfortable and I think it looks great. The jeans are perfect for my body shape, the shoes just add that bit of colour and the shirt well... it's just awesome and to top it off I got the whole outfit for under $50, including shoes! What do you think? Love or loath?

The Perfect Breakfast ~ Four Berry Smoothie

 

 

 

Happy Tuesday!

Today I wanted to share with you my favourite breakfast. This berry smoothie is awesome, it has no dairy, no sugar (unless you're feeling naughty) and it tastes awesome.

 

What You'll Need:

 

-Frozen or fresh berries

-Sugar free juice of your choice

- Honey

- Blender

 

Method:

 

1. Put 1 hand full of your chosen berries into your blender

2. Add Juice as desired (more for a runnier drink)

3. Put 1 teaspoon of honey into the blender (You can use sugar if you're after a sweeter treat)

4. Blend until smooth

5. Pour into glass and enjoy

The boyfriend tee, you've got to love it. I got this shirt of a good friend today. I tried it on with these jeans and just felt instantly grungy, add a pair of converse high tops and black nail polish just to top it off. I'm loving this look and it's so comfortable which is a real bonus.

I am really considering investing in a floppy hat for winter. I think they look great and are also perfect for horrible winter hair days. I'm just really in love with them at the moment. What are your opinions, hot or not?

Versatility

Hello Beautiful People,
     This will be my first post on the importance of having versatile clothing items. Buy one item that you can use with many of your already purchased items to make as many outfits as possible.
     I know, I know, we all already know this but I just have to hammer this one into your head, VERSATILITY!! If you're going to spend that little bit extra on something you want it to be worth it. So you're hold a gorgeous dress in your hands and you look at the price tag and it's a 'little' pricey but you think to yourself "well if I don't pay the phone bill I can do it" just remember if it can't be used in many different occasions it may just not be worth it. You make the decision.
     I have some examples for you. I will use a dress that I bought on Monday for a awesome price of $10, four different pairs of shoes and two jackets to demonstrate how versatile this dress is.
